IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

By making a reservation with Men of Legends, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking.

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not proceed with your reservation.

1. OUR EXPERIENCES

Men of Legends provides adult entertainment experiences, including but not limited to:

• Intimate Experience

• Celebration Experience

Private Party Experiences

• Private Male Dancers
• Shirtless Bartenders
• Shirtless Waiters
• Party Hosts
• Customized Entertainment Packages

Paint Party Experiences

• Male Model Paint Parties
• Venue Paint Parties
• Private Paint Parties
• Men on Canvas Experiences

Our experiences are designed for birthdays, bachelorette parties, girls’ nights out, celebrations, private gatherings, and special events.

Men of Legends is not represented, marketed, or sold as a traditional stage production, theatrical performance, or fixed-format show.

Every event is unique and may vary based on venue conditions, performer availability, audience participation, and operational requirements.

2. FULL PAYMENT POLICY

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and accepted.

By submitting payment, the client authorizes Men of Legends to charge the full amount displayed during checkout.

All applicable prices, taxes, travel fees, upgrades, and optional add-ons are disclosed prior to checkout whenever applicable.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once a reservation has been confirmed, Men of Legends does not provide refunds, credits, partial refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except where required by law.

This policy includes, without limitation:

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Guest cancellations
• Travel complications
• Illness
• Weather conditions
• Performer substitutions
• Dissatisfaction with performers
• Venue atmosphere
• Seating arrangements
• Personal expectations
• Guest intoxication
• Removal from a venue
• Failure to attend the event
• Late arrivals
• Personal disagreements
• Relationship disputes
• Event style preferences

Once payment has been accepted and the reservation has been confirmed, all sales become final.

4. RESCHEDULING POLICY

At its sole discretion, Men of Legends may approve a one-time rescheduling request.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event date.

Approval is not guaranteed.

If a request is approved:

• The requested replacement date must be available.
• Pricing may be adjusted based on the new date.
• Holiday dates, premium dates, and high-demand periods may require additional fees.

Requests submitted within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event are generally not eligible for rescheduling.

5. PERFORMER SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Men of Legends reserves the right to substitute performers at any time when necessary due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Illness
• Injury
• Scheduling conflicts
• Travel delays
• Venue restrictions
• Safety concerns
• Operational requirements

Performer substitutions do not qualify for refunds, credits, cancellations, payment disputes, or chargebacks.

Clients are purchasing an entertainment experience and not the services of any specific individual performer.

6. PERFORMER REQUESTS

Clients may submit requests regarding:

• Costumes
• Themes
• Body type preferences
• General appearance preferences
• Ethnicity preferences

Men of Legends will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests based on availability.

Specific performers cannot be guaranteed.

Men of Legends does not provide performer catalogs, private galleries, personal social media profiles, or extensive performer photo browsing.

Photographs displayed on the website are representative only and are intended solely to showcase event themes, costume options, and entertainment concepts.

Promotional images do not guarantee the appearance, availability, or assignment of any specific performer.

7. VENUE EXPERIENCE POLICY

Venue Experiences may take place at partner venues throughout New York City and surrounding service areas.

Venue layouts, crowd sizes, seating arrangements, performer lineups, music selections, lighting conditions, and overall atmosphere may vary from event to event.

Reserved seating does not guarantee:

• A specific table
• A specific couch
• A specific performer
• A specific view
• A specific level of interaction

Certain venues may require minimum beverage purchases, admission fees, age restrictions, or compliance with venue-specific policies.

Guests are responsible for complying with all venue rules and regulations.

Guests removed by venue management or security personnel will not be entitled to refunds or credits.

8. PRIVATE PARTY POLICY

Private Party Experiences may take place at:

• Private residences
• Hotels
• Airbnb properties
• Event venues
• Rooftops
• Yachts
• Other approved private locations

The booking client is responsible for ensuring:

• Accurate event location information
• Legal use of the venue
• Safe and reasonable access for performers
• Compliance with venue rules
• Adequate space for the experience
• Appropriate guest conduct

If an event location is determined to be unsafe, illegal, hostile, overcrowded, unsanitary, inaccessible, or materially different from what was disclosed during booking, Men of Legends reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund.

9. ARRIVAL TIMES

All arrival times are approximate.

Traffic conditions, weather conditions, parking limitations, security procedures, venue access restrictions, building regulations, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect arrival times.

Reasonable delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

10. CUSTOMER NO-SHOW POLICY

If the client, host, or event group fails to appear at the scheduled location at the scheduled time, the reservation will be considered fulfilled.

In such circumstances:

• No refund will be issued.
• No credit will be issued.
• No rescheduling will be provided.

The reservation will be treated as completed and all amounts paid shall remain non-refundable.

11. CONDUCT POLICY

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment
• Aggressive behavior
• Threats
• Violence
• Illegal drug use
• Possession of weapons
• Non-consensual touching
• Property damage

Men of Legends performers and staff reserve the right to refuse interaction with any guest at any time.

Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of services without refund, credit, cancellation, or compensation.

12. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Photography is generally permitted for personal use unless otherwise restricted by Men of Legends, the venue, or the performer.

Commercial photography, professional filming, livestreaming, broadcasting, recording for commercial purposes, or redistribution of Men of Legends content requires prior written authorization.

Performers reserve the right to decline photographs, recordings, or video content at their sole discretion.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Men of Legends shall not be responsible for delays, modifications, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Government actions or restrictions
• Public emergencies
• Transportation disruptions
• Venue closures
• Power outages
• Labor disputes
• Acts of God
• Public health emergencies

In such circumstances, Men of Legends may, at its sole discretion, offer a rescheduled date, replacement experience, or credit.

Nothing in this provision shall obligate Men of Legends to provide a refund unless required by applicable law.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By attending, participating in, or booking a Men of Legends experience, all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Men of Legends, its owners, managers, performers, contractors, employees, venues, affiliates, successors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Lost items
• Stolen items
• Delayed performances
• Performer substitutions
• Third-party conduct
• Venue-related incidents
• Transportation issues
• Emotional distress
• Incidental damages
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages

Participation in any Men of Legends experience is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

15. CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing a reservation, the client agrees not to initiate any fraudulent, abusive, or improper chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.

The client acknowledges that the following do not constitute valid grounds for a chargeback or payment dispute:

• Dissatisfaction with performers
• Performer substitutions
• Venue atmosphere
• Event style preferences
• Entertainment preferences
• Personal expectations
• Weather conditions
• Traffic delays
• Guest attendance issues
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to review these Terms and Conditions
• Failure of guests to attend the event

Men of Legends reserves the right to contest any dispute using available evidence, including but not limited to:

• Booking records
• Payment records
• IP addresses
• Email communications
• Text message communications
• Event logs
• Venue confirmations
• GPS records
• Signed agreements
• Internal communications
• Customer acknowledgements

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Collection activity
• Legal action
• Recovery of attorney fees where permitted by law
• Recovery of collection costs
• Permanent exclusion from future services
• Recovery of administrative expenses

16. AGE REQUIREMENT

All guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age unless otherwise approved in writing by Men of Legends.

Valid government-issued identification may be required before participation in any experience or event.

Men of Legends reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who fails to provide satisfactory proof of age.

17. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing a telephone number through a reservation form, checkout page, inquiry form, contact form, or any other communication channel, the client consents to receive SMS communications from Men of Legends regarding:

• Booking confirmations
• Reservation reminders
• Event updates
• Customer support communications
• Scheduling communications
• Service-related notifications

Message frequency may vary.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

Clients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

For assistance, reply HELP.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms and Conditions, all reservations, purchases, bookings, events, services, communications, and disputes relating to Men of Legends shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The client agrees that any claim, dispute, action, proceeding, or legal matter arising out of or relating to any Men of Legends reservation, purchase, event, performer engagement, payment, chargeback, cancellation request, communication, or use of the website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Jersey.

The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based upon jurisdiction, venue, inconvenience of forum, or similar grounds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the prevailing party in any action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, court costs, collection costs, administrative expenses, and related enforcement costs.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to a Men of Legends reservation, purchase, event, or service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises or such claim shall be permanently barred.

19. AGREEMENT

By completing a reservation, the client confirms and agrees that:

• The client is at least twenty-one (21) years of age or has received written approval from Men of Legends.
• The client is authorized to make the purchase.
• The client understands the adult nature of the services provided.
• The client has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
• The client understands that all reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
• The client understands that all sales are final.
• The client understands that performer requests are not guaranteed.
• The client understands that approved additional charges may be billed to the payment method on file in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The client understands that Men of Legends reserves all rights and remedies available under these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

20. ADDITIONAL HOURS AND EVENT EXTENSIONS

Certain services, including but not limited to Male Dancers, Shirtless Bartenders, Shirtless Waiters, DJs, Party Hosts, Paint Party Hosts, and other event personnel, may be extended beyond the originally reserved service duration.

Extension requests may be submitted before, during, or immediately following an event through approved Men of Legends communication channels, including:

• SMS communications
• Email communications
• Booking management links
• Customer portals
• Website forms
• Customer service communications
• Other approved methods

All extension requests are subject to staffing availability and approval by Men of Legends.

Men of Legends reserves the right to approve or deny any extension request at its sole discretion.

Approved extensions shall become part of the original reservation and shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

No extension shall be considered confirmed until approved by Men of Legends.

Requests made directly to performers, bartenders, waiters, DJs, hosts, contractors, or event staff do not constitute approval by Men of Legends.

Men of Legends shall have no obligation to honor extension arrangements made directly between a client and any performer or event staff member.

21. AUTHORIZATION FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES

By completing a reservation, the client authorizes Men of Legends to charge the payment method on file for approved additional services requested by the client.

Additional charges may include, but are not limited to:

• Additional service hours
• Additional performers
• Additional bartenders
• Additional waiters
• Additional DJs
• Additional party hosts
• Additional entertainment services
• Approved upgrades
• Travel adjustments
• Additional staffing requests
• Event modifications
• Additional services requested after booking

Client approval may be communicated verbally, electronically, through SMS communications, booking management links, email communications, website forms, customer portals, or any other communication reasonably indicating authorization.

The client remains fully responsible for all approved charges.

22. STORED PAYMENT METHODS

Where available, Men of Legends may securely store a customer’s payment method through authorized third-party payment processors for purposes related to the reservation.

Men of Legends does not store complete credit card information on its own servers.

Payment information is maintained by PCI-compliant third-party payment processing providers.

By completing a reservation, the client authorizes Men of Legends to process future approved charges related to the reservation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

23. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment processing providers.

The client agrees to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, policies, and requirements of the selected payment processor.

Men of Legends shall not be responsible for payment processor outages, service interruptions, delays, security incidents, processing failures, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Payment processor-related issues shall not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

24. SERVICE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Male Dancer Services

Clients may be offered options relating to:

• Performer themes
• Costume selections
• Appearance preferences
• Ethnicity preferences
• General entertainer preferences
• Other performer characteristics

All selections are requests only and remain subject to performer availability.

Men of Legends reserves the right to provide a comparable performer, costume, theme, or entertainment experience whenever necessary.

The purchase of a Male Dancer Service does not guarantee the appearance or participation of any specific performer.

Shirtless Bartender Services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is solely responsible for providing:

• Alcohol
• Mixers
• Beverages
• Cups
• Ice
• Bar equipment
• Serving supplies
• Permits
• Materials necessary for beverage service

Men of Legends is not responsible for supplying alcohol or bar inventory unless expressly stated in writing.

Shirtless Waiter Services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is solely responsible for providing:

• Food
• Beverages
• Serving trays
• Utensils
• Event supplies
• Serving materials
• Catering-related items necessary for service

Men of Legends is not responsible for providing food, beverages, catering supplies, or event inventory unless expressly stated in writing.

DJ Services

The client is responsible for ensuring:

• Safe electrical access
• Appropriate power supply
• Adequate setup space
• Reasonable equipment access
• Compliance with venue rules
• Compliance with venue sound restrictions
• Compliance with applicable laws and venue regulations

Any failure by the client to provide necessary materials, supplies, utilities, venue access, parking access, permits, permissions, or event resources shall not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

The client remains responsible for all amounts due under the reservation regardless of such circumstances.

25. DISTANCE-BASED PRICING AND TRAVEL FEES

Certain services may include travel fees, distance-based pricing, toll charges, parking fees, staffing adjustments, or other location-related charges calculated using the event location provided by the client.

The client is solely responsible for providing accurate event location information at the time of booking.

If the event location is changed after a reservation has been confirmed, Men of Legends reserves the right to adjust pricing, travel fees, staffing fees, availability, scheduling, or service requirements accordingly.

Additional fees resulting from inaccurate location information, location changes, parking charges, tolls, restricted venue access, special access requirements, ferry transportation, valet requirements, or extraordinary travel conditions may be charged to the client.

Failure to disclose accurate location information may result in service delays, staffing changes, additional charges, or cancellation of services without refund.

26. EVENT-DAY BOOKING MANAGEMENT TOOLS

Men of Legends may provide clients with digital tools and communication systems designed to assist with reservation management, event updates, staffing requests, service extensions, upgrades, and customer communications.

Such tools may include:

• Booking management links
• SMS reservation links
• Customer portals
• Extension request forms
• Upgrade request forms
• Staffing request forms
• Reservation update forms
• Event communication tools
• Other digital customer service tools

These tools are provided solely as a convenience.

The availability, functionality, or uninterrupted operation of such tools is not guaranteed.

Men of Legends shall not be liable for technical failures, software issues, internet outages, carrier delays, system maintenance, communication interruptions, third-party service failures, or other technical issues affecting such tools.

Technical issues relating to these tools shall not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, or other claims against Men of Legends.

27. NON-CIRCUMVENTION AND DIRECT HIRING

Clients agree not to directly hire, contract with, compensate, engage, solicit, refer, book, employ, or otherwise obtain services from any Men of Legends performer, bartender, waiter, DJ, entertainer, contractor, host, model, event staff member, or other individual introduced through Men of Legends for a period of twelve (12) months following the event date without prior written authorization from Men of Legends.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the future event occurs at:

• The same venue
• A different venue
• A private residence
• A hotel
• An Airbnb
• A yacht
• A corporate event
• A private gathering
• Any other location

Any direct booking, engagement, referral, arrangement, compensation, employment relationship, independent contractor relationship, or service agreement made in violation of this provision shall constitute circumvention of Men of Legends.

In the event of circumvention, Men of Legends shall be entitled to recover:

• A placement fee
• Liquidated damages
• Collection costs
• Attorney fees
• Court costs
• Administrative expenses
• Investigative expenses
• Enforcement costs
• Any other remedies available under applicable law

The client acknowledges that Men of Legends invests substantial resources in recruiting, screening, training, coordinating, marketing, scheduling, and managing its performers and event personnel and that this provision is reasonable and necessary to protect those business interests.

28. NO DIRECT PAYMENTS TO PERFORMERS

Performers, bartenders, waiters, DJs, hosts, entertainers, contractors, and event staff are not authorized to negotiate, approve, collect, receive, or process payment for:

• Additional service hours
• Event extensions
• Service upgrades
• Staffing additions
• Performer substitutions
• Additional services
• Reservation modifications
• Event changes

All modifications must be approved and processed through Men of Legends.

Any payment made directly to a performer, bartender, waiter, DJ, host, contractor, or staff member shall not satisfy the client’s financial obligations to Men of Legends.

The client shall remain fully responsible for all amounts owed to Men of Legends regardless of any direct payment made to a performer or event staff member.

29. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIPS

Many performers, bartenders, waiters, DJs, hosts, entertainers, and event personnel engaged by Men of Legends operate as independent contractors.

Nothing contained within these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, joint venture, partnership, agency relationship, or similar relationship between the client and any contractor supplied by Men of Legends.

Clients shall not directly supervise, employ, hire, contract with, retain, or otherwise engage such individuals outside of Men of Legends without prior written authorization.

All staffing arrangements remain subject to Men of Legends policies and procedures.

30. SURVIVAL OF PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS

Any obligation arising under these Terms and Conditions shall survive the completion, cancellation, termination, expiration, postponement, or modification of the event.

This includes, without limitation:

• Payment obligations
• Approved additional charges
• Extension fees
• Staffing fees
• Travel fees
• Collection costs
• Chargeback liabilities
• Attorney fees
• Administrative expenses
• Non-circumvention obligations
• Reimbursement obligations
• Enforcement rights

The rights and remedies available to Men of Legends shall remain enforceable following the conclusion of the event.

31. ELECTRONIC CONSENT

The client agrees that electronic communications and electronic records shall have the same legal force and effect as signed written documents.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Electronic signatures
• Online checkouts
• Reservation submissions
• SMS approvals
• SMS confirmations
• Email communications
• Digital acknowledgements
• Booking management requests
• Customer portal submissions
• Online forms
• Electronic authorizations

Men of Legends may rely upon such communications for operational, billing, collection, dispute resolution, enforcement, legal, and administrative purposes.

The client expressly agrees that electronic records may be used as evidence in connection with any dispute, claim, chargeback proceeding, collection effort, arbitration, mediation, or legal action.
