ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS. NO CHARGEBACKS. NO TRANSFERS.

MEN OF LEGENDS IS AN INTERACTIVE ADULT ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE DESIGNED FOR PRIVATE GROUPS, BACHELORETTE PARTIES, BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS, GIRLS’ NIGHTS OUT, AND SPECIAL EVENTS.

MEN OF LEGENDS IS NOT ADVERTISED OR SOLD AS A TRADITIONAL STAGE SHOW.

OUR EXPERIENCES MAY TAKE PLACE AT PARTNER VENUES, PRIVATE HOMES, AIRBNBS, HOTELS, EVENT SPACES, OR OTHER LOCATIONS DEPENDING ON THE PACKAGE SELECTED.

BY COMPLETING A BOOKING, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE.

BOOKING POLICY

All bookings, deposits, packages, upgrades, add-ons, and reservations are final and non refundable.

Bookings are non transferable unless approved in writing by Men of Legends.

Prices, performers, themes, costumes, venues, schedules, packages, and experiences may change without notice based on availability, logistics, venue restrictions, safety considerations, weather conditions, traffic, performer availability, or operational needs.

Men of Legends reserves the right to refuse, cancel, reschedule, or modify any booking at its sole discretion.

In the event Men of Legends cancels a booking and cannot provide a reasonable replacement option, a refund or credit may be issued at the sole discretion of management.

DEPOSITS AND REMAINING BALANCES

Different payment structures apply depending on the experience selected.

VENUE EXPERIENCES

For all experiences hosted at Men of Legends partner venues, including interactive venue experiences and Paint & Sip experiences hosted at our venue:

• 50% deposit is charged at booking
• The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file 48 hours before the event

If the remaining balance cannot be successfully processed 48 hours before the event:

• The reservation may be automatically canceled
• All amounts previously paid may be forfeited
• No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• The card on file is valid
• Sufficient funds are available
• Fraud protections or bank restrictions do not block the transaction

Men of Legends is not responsible for canceled reservations caused by failed payment processing.

PRIVATE EXPERIENCES

For all private experiences hosted at homes, Airbnbs, hotels, yachts, rental spaces, or private venues:

• 50% deposit is required at booking
• The remaining balance is due upon performer arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing

Men of Legends reserves the right to require full payment in advance for certain bookings, including but not limited to:

• Large groups
• Long-distance travel
• Holiday dates
• High-risk bookings
• Last-minute bookings
• Hotel events
• Previous payment disputes

If the remaining balance is not paid immediately upon arrival:

• Performers may refuse to begin the experience
• The event may be canceled immediately
• All deposits and previous payments will be forfeited
• Additional travel or waiting fees may apply

Deposits are strictly non refundable under all circumstances.

Chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, unauthorized payment reversals, or false claims may result in legal action, collections activity, additional administrative fees, and permanent banning from future bookings.

VENUE EXPERIENCE POLICY

Venue Experiences are interactive nightlife entertainment experiences hosted at partner venues.

Guests understand and acknowledge that Men of Legends is not marketed as a traditional theater, seated stage production, or fixed stage performance.

Venue layouts, performer interactions, crowd size, seating arrangements, music, lighting, timing, and atmosphere may vary by date and location.

Reserved areas do not guarantee a specific table, couch, chair type, furniture layout, exact view, exact performer lineup, or level of interaction.

Some partner venues may require minimum beverage purchases or enforce their own entry policies.

Guests removed by venue staff or security for intoxication, inappropriate conduct, aggression, harassment, illegal activity, disruptive behavior, or refusal to follow rules will not receive refunds or compensation.

PRIVATE EXPERIENCE POLICY

Private Experiences include:

• Exotic dancer experiences
• Shirtless bartender experiences
• Shirtless waiter experiences
• DJ / MC experiences
• Private Paint & Sip experiences
• Airbnb experiences
• Hotel experiences
• Home party experiences
• Custom private entertainment experiences

Private Experiences may take place at private homes, Airbnbs, hotels, yachts, rental spaces, or approved venues.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that:

• The location legally permits the event
• Guests are 21 years of age or older where required
• The environment is safe for performers and staff
• There is sufficient space for the performance
• Noise restrictions and property rules are respected
• Parking and access instructions are accurate

Men of Legends reserves the right to refuse or stop a performance if the environment is unsafe, hostile, illegal, excessively intoxicated, overcrowded, unsanitary, or materially different from what was disclosed at booking.

No refund will be issued in these situations.

PERFORMER INTERACTION DISCLAIMER

All performer interaction is voluntary and entirely at the discretion and comfort level of the performer.

No guest is guaranteed:

• Physical contact
• Lap dances
• Specific sexual behavior
• Personalized interaction
• Photos with performers
• Stage participation
• One-on-one attention
• Specific choreography
• Specific costumes
• Specific music
• Specific performers

Performers reserve the right to refuse interaction with any guest for any reason.

Men of Legends does not tolerate harassment, inappropriate touching, violence, threats, discrimination, stalking, or unsafe behavior toward performers or staff.

Any violation may result in immediate termination of the experience without refund.

ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER

Men of Legends is an adult themed entertainment experience that may include:

• Sexual themes
• Suggestive dancing
• Audience participation
• Loud music
• Flashing lights
• Partial nudity
• Provocative humor
• Interactive entertainment

Guests who may be uncomfortable with adult themed entertainment should not attend.

Men of Legends is not responsible for personal interpretations, expectations, emotional reactions, embarrassment, offense, dissatisfaction, or perceived lack of interaction.

PROMOTIONAL CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Photos, videos, advertisements, social media content, and promotional materials are for marketing purposes only.

They do not guarantee:

• Specific performers
• Exact costumes
• Exact venues
• Exact room layouts
• Exact audience size
• Exact atmosphere
• Exact interaction levels
• Exact choreography
• Exact props
• Exact decorations
• Exact experiences

Every Men of Legends event is unique.

TRAVEL AND LOCATION FEES

Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

Travel pricing is automatically calculated based on distance from Men of Legends operating zones.

• Private Experiences
• Airbnb events
• Hotel events
• Private Paint & Sip events
• Long-distance bookings
• Late-night bookings

Travel fees may increase for:

• Heavy traffic
• Tolls
• Difficult parking
• Overnight travel
• Long distance locations
• Special transportation requirements
• Holiday dates
• Severe weather
• Ferry access
• Venue restrictions

Bookings located beyond standard travel zones may require manual approval and custom pricing.

Men of Legends reserves the right to decline bookings located outside of operational service zones

The booking client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information
• Providing accurate addresses and access instructions
• Ensuring guests behave appropriately
• Ensuring performers can safely enter and exit the location
• Respecting agreed event durations
• Ensuring a safe and legal environment

The booking client accepts responsibility for damages caused by guests attending the event.

ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE POLICY

Illegal drugs, violence, weapons, or dangerous conduct are strictly prohibited.

Men of Legends reserves the right to immediately terminate any booking if illegal activity or unsafe behavior is suspected.

No refunds or credits will be issued.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO POLICY

Photography and video recording policies may vary depending on the package, venue, and performer consent.

Unauthorized professional recording, commercial recording, livestreaming, or distribution of copyrighted Men of Legends content is prohibited.

Performers and staff may refuse photos or recordings at any time.

SAFETY AND LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending or booking a Men of Legends experience, all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and attendance.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Slips
• Falls
• Alcohol consumption
• Loud music
• Physical proximity
• Crowd movement
• Lighting effects
• Audience participation
• Transportation issues
• Property damage
• Accidental contact

Men of Legends, its owners, performers, contractors, venues, staff, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for:

• Injuries
• Medical incidents
• Emotional distress
• Lost property
• Damages
• Delays
• Transportation problems
• Third-party actions
• Venue issues
• Weather conditions
• Dissatisfaction with the experience

Participation is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

NO REFUND POLICY

No refunds, credits, cancellations, partial refunds, or compensation will be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction
• Performer interaction preferences
• Personal expectations
• Venue changes
• Performer substitutions
• Traffic delays
• Late arrivals by guests
• Weather conditions
• Intoxication
• Removal from venue
• Refusal to follow policies
• Personal disagreements
• Relationship issues
• Emotional reactions
• Event atmosphere
• Seating or placement concerns

Once any portion of the experience has begun, the service is considered delivered.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing a purchase, the client agrees not to initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

Men of Legends reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using:

• Booking confirmations
• Signed agreements
• IP addresses
• Communication records
• Attendance records
• GPS data
• Venue confirmations
• Payment records
• Event photos
• Text messages
• Email exchanges

Clients initiating abusive chargebacks may be subject to collection activity and legal action.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be at least 21 years old unless otherwise approved in writing.

Valid government-issued identification may be required.

AGREEMENT

By completing a booking, payment, or reservation with Men of Legends, you confirm that you:

• Are legally authorized to make the purchase
• Understand the adult nature of the experience
• Accept all risks associated with participation
• Agree to all Terms and Conditions
• Understand that all sales are final
