Adult Entertainment Party Experiences | Private, Semi-Private & Venue Events

IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS — PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING
By completing a reservation with Men of Legends, the client agrees to the following key terms:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All reservations are final once payment is submitted. Men of Legends does not provide refunds, credits, cancellations, exchanges, or partial refunds except where required by applicable law.AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless a higher age requirement applies by law, venue policy, alcohol policy, booking terms, or event-specific rules. Venue events, bars, lounges, clubs, rooftops, alcohol-related events, and certain private venues may require guests to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.MEN OF LEGENDS IS A PARTY ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE
Men of Legends provides adult entertainment party experiences for private, semi-private, venue-based, and celebration-style events. Men of Legends is not a traditional stage production, Broadway-style production, theatrical performance, scripted show, concert, or fixed-format stage event.PERFORMER REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
Costume, theme, appearance, ethnicity, body type, and entertainer preferences are requests only. Men of Legends will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests based on availability, but specific performers are not guaranteed.PRIVATE EVENT START TIMES MATTER
The client is responsible for making sure the event is ready to begin at the scheduled time. Any delay caused by the client, guests, venue, building access, security, parking, location confusion, intoxication, lack of readiness, or any other client-side issue may be deducted from the reserved service time.MALE PERFORMER SERVICE DURATION
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Male Performer Services are thirty-five (35) minutes. If the client, guests, venue, or event location delays the start of the service, Men of Legends reserves the right to deduct the delay from the thirty-five (35) minute service time.MISSED OR DELAYED EVENTS MAY BE TREATED AS COMPLETED
If the scheduled service window passes, if the event is not ready, if access is not provided, if the client cannot be reached, if the group is unavailable, or if the performer cannot safely begin, Men of Legends may treat the reservation as fulfilled. No refund, credit, partial refund, rescheduling, cancellation, chargeback, payment dispute, or compensation will be provided.UNSAFE OR INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT MAY END THE EVENT
Harassment, threats, violence, illegal drug use, weapons, non-consensual touching, sexual misconduct, unsafe intoxication, abusive behavior, or any conduct that creates a safety concern may result in immediate termination of services without refund.CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
By completing a reservation, the client agrees not to initiate any fraudulent, abusive, improper, misleading, or bad-faith chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or bank claim. Men of Legends reserves the right to contest any improper dispute using booking records, payment records, communications, event logs, GPS records, acknowledgements, and other available evidence.LEGAL AND COLLECTION COSTS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, if Men of Legends is required to pursue collection, legal enforcement, court action, or dispute defense because of an improper, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargeback or payment dispute, the client may be responsible for reasonable attorney fees, court costs, collection costs, filing fees, administrative costs, and related enforcement expenses.NOT AN ESCORT COMPANY / NO SEXUAL SERVICES
Men of Legends is an adult entertainment party experience company. Men of Legends is not an escort company, dating service, companionship service, prostitution service, sexual service provider, or adult sexual contact service. No sexual services, sexual acts, prostitution, illegal contact, or unlawful conduct are offered, implied, permitted, included, or available through any Men of Legends reservation.ADULT PARTY INTERACTION AND AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION
The client and guests understand that Men of Legends experiences may include adult humor, flirtatious comedy, dancing, close proximity, playful interaction, costumes, audience participation, performance-style movement, photo moments, and entertainment-based physical proximity. This is part of the adult party entertainment experience.CONSENT AND PERSONAL BOUNDARIES
Any interaction between performers and guests must remain consensual, lawful, respectful, and within the boundaries of the entertainment experience. Guests may decline participation at any time. Performers may also decline interaction with any guest at any time. No guest is required to participate in any interaction, dance, photo, joke, performance moment, or audience-participation segment.NO HARASSMENT OR NON-CONSENSUAL CONDUCT
Men of Legends does not authorize harassment, sexual harassment, non-consensual touching, sexual misconduct, assault, coercion, threats, or unlawful conduct by performers, staff, clients, or guests. Any conduct that becomes unsafe, unwanted, aggressive, abusive, or non-consensual may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
1.1 By making a reservation, submitting payment, attending, participating in, or receiving services from Men of Legends, the client and all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
1.2 All reservations require full payment at the time of booking unless Men of Legends approves a different payment arrangement in writing.
1.3 All sales are final.
1.4 No refunds, credits, cancellations, exchanges, or partial refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.
1.5 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not proceed with your reservation, purchase, attendance, or participation.

2.2 Our experiences are designed for birthdays, bachelorette parties, girls’ nights out, divorce parties, celebrations, private gatherings, semi-private events, and special occasions.
2.3 Men of Legends is not a traditional stage production, Broadway-style production, theatrical performance, scripted show, concert, or fixed-format stage event.
2.4 Men of Legends provides adult entertainment party experiences for private, semi-private, venue-based, and celebration-style events.
2.5 Every experience is unique. Event format, timing, energy, interaction, music, venue layout, guest participation, performer availability, seating, lighting, crowd size, and operational conditions may vary.
2.6 The client understands that Men of Legends sells an entertainment experience, not a guaranteed theatrical production, not a guaranteed stage show, and not the personal services of any specific performer.
FULL PAYMENT POLICY
3.1 All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise approved in writing by Men of Legends.
3.2 A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and accepted.
3.3 By submitting payment, the client authorizes Men of Legends to charge the full amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, travel fees, service fees, upgrades, add-ons, or approved additional charges.
3.4 All applicable pricing, travel fees, upgrades, add-ons, and service details are disclosed prior to checkout whenever applicable.
3.5 Once payment has been submitted and accepted, the reservation becomes subject to these Terms and Conditions.
NO REFUND POLICY
4.1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
4.2 Once a reservation has been confirmed, Men of Legends does not provide refunds, credits, partial refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or charge reversals except where required by applicable law.
4.3 This policy applies to, without limitation:
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Guest cancellations
Travel complications
Illness
Weather conditions
Traffic conditions
Performer substitutions
Dissatisfaction with performers
Venue atmosphere
Seating arrangements
Personal expectations
Guest intoxication
Removal from a venue
Failure to attend the event
Late arrivals
Delayed event start caused by the client or guests
Failure to provide access to the location
Personal disagreements
Relationship disputes
Event style preferences
Failure to read these Terms and Conditions
Failure to comply with venue rules
Failure to comply with safety rules
Failure to comply with performer boundaries
Failure to meet age or identification requirements
4.4 Once payment has been accepted and the reservation has been confirmed, the sale is final.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
5.1 At its sole discretion, Men of Legends may approve a one-time rescheduling request.
5.2 Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event date.
5.3 Approval is not guaranteed.
5.4 If a rescheduling request is approved:
The replacement date must be available.
Pricing may be adjusted based on the new date.
Holiday dates, premium dates, and high-demand periods may require additional fees.
Performer availability is not guaranteed.
The rescheduled event remains subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5.5 Requests submitted within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event date are generally not eligible for rescheduling.
5.6 Failure to receive approval for a rescheduling request does not qualify the client for a refund, credit, cancellation, chargeback, or payment dispute.
PERFORMER SUBSTITUTION POLICY
6.1 Men of Legends reserves the right to substitute performers, hosts, bartenders, waiters, models, entertainers, DJs, or other event personnel at any time when necessary due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
Illness
Injury
Scheduling conflicts
Travel delays
Venue restrictions
Safety concerns
Operational requirements
Emergency circumstances
Unavailability of a requested performer
Staffing needs
6.2 Performer substitutions do not qualify for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims.
6.3 Clients are purchasing an adult entertainment party experience and not the services, appearance, participation, or performance of any specific individual.
PERFORMER REQUESTS
7.1 Clients may submit requests regarding:
Costumes
Themes
Body type preferences
General appearance preferences
Ethnicity preferences
Entertainer style preferences
Other general performer characteristics
7.2 Men of Legends will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client requests based on availability.
7.3 All performer selections and preferences are requests only. They are not guarantees.
7.4 Specific performers cannot be guaranteed.
7.5 Men of Legends does not provide performer catalogs, private galleries, personal social media profiles, private phone numbers, or extensive performer photo browsing.
7.6 Photographs displayed on the website, advertisements, social media, or promotional materials are representative only. They are intended to showcase entertainment themes, costume options, event concepts, and general brand style.
7.7 Promotional images do not guarantee the appearance, availability, assignment, body type, ethnicity, costume, or participation of any specific performer.
VENUE EXPERIENCE POLICY
8.1 Venue Experiences may take place at partner venues throughout New York City, the boroughs, New Jersey, and surrounding service areas.
8.2 Venue layouts, crowd sizes, seating arrangements, performer lineups, music selections, lighting conditions, drink minimums, admission requirements, security policies, and overall atmosphere may vary from event to event.
8.3 Reserved seating does not guarantee:
A specific table
A specific couch
A specific performer
A specific view
A specific level of interaction
A specific crowd size
A specific seating arrangement
A specific performance format
8.4 Certain venues may require minimum beverage purchases, admission fees, identification checks, age restrictions, dress codes, bag checks, or compliance with venue-specific policies.
8.5 Guests are responsible for complying with all venue rules and regulations.
8.6 Guests removed by venue management, security, staff, or law enforcement will not be entitled to refunds, credits, rescheduling, cancellations, or compensation.
PRIVATE PARTY POLICY
9.1 Private Party Experiences may take place at:
Private residences
Hotels
Airbnb properties
Event venues
Rooftops
Yachts
Offices
Private rooms
Approved private or semi-private locations
9.2 The booking client is responsible for ensuring:
Accurate event location information
Legal use of the venue
Safe and reasonable access for performers
Compliance with building rules
Compliance with hotel rules
Compliance with Airbnb rules
Compliance with venue rules
Adequate space for the experience
Appropriate guest conduct
A safe, clean, and respectful environment
Parking or access instructions when applicable
A designated host or contact person available at the event
9.3 If an event location is unsafe, illegal, hostile, overcrowded, unsanitary, inaccessible, materially different from what was disclosed during booking, or not appropriate for the booked experience, Men of Legends reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund, credit, cancellation, or compensation.
PRIVATE EVENT START TIME AND DELAY POLICY
10.1 The client is responsible for making sure the event is ready to begin at the scheduled time.
10.2 For all Men of Legends services, including but not limited to male performer services, shirtless bartender services, shirtless waiter services, party host services, paint party services, DJ services, and customized entertainment services, any delay caused by the client, guests, venue, building access, security, parking, location confusion, intoxication, lack of readiness, or any other client-side issue may be deducted from the reserved service time.
10.3 Men of Legends is not responsible for extending the service time because the client, guests, venue, or location was not ready.
10.4 For Male Performer Services, the standard performance duration is thirty-five (35) minutes unless otherwise stated in writing.
10.5 If the client, guests, venue, or event location delays the start of a Male Performer Service for any reason, Men of Legends reserves the right to deduct the delay from the thirty-five (35) minute performance time.
10.6 If the reserved time slot passes, if the event is not ready, if the performer cannot safely begin, if the client cannot be reached, if the group is unavailable, or if access is not provided within the scheduled service window, Men of Legends reserves the right not to perform and to treat the reservation as fulfilled.
10.7 In such circumstances, no refund, credit, partial refund, rescheduling, cancellation, chargeback, payment dispute, or compensation will be provided.
10.8 The client understands that performers and event staff are scheduled for specific time windows and may have other commitments before or after the reservation. Client-side delays do not obligate Men of Legends to extend the service, wait beyond the reserved window, or provide additional time at no cost.
ARRIVAL TIMES
11.1 All arrival times are approximate.
11.2 Traffic conditions, weather conditions, parking limitations, security procedures, venue access restrictions, building regulations, GPS errors, elevator delays, guest communication issues, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect arrival times.
11.3 Reasonable delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims.
CUSTOMER NO-SHOW POLICY
12.1 If the client, host, or event group fails to appear at the scheduled location at the scheduled time, the reservation will be considered fulfilled.
12.2 If the performer, host, bartender, waiter, model, DJ, or event staff arrives or attempts to arrive at the event location and the client cannot be reached, the guests are not present, the venue does not allow access, or the event is not ready, Men of Legends may treat the reservation as completed.
12.3 In such circumstances:
No refund will be issued.
No credit will be issued.
No partial refund will be issued.
No rescheduling will be provided.
No chargeback or payment dispute will be accepted as valid.
CONDUCT POLICY
13.1 To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Harassment
Aggressive behavior
Threats
Violence
Illegal drug use
Possession of weapons
Non-consensual touching
Sexual misconduct
Property damage
Unsafe intoxication
Abusive language
Discrimination
Stalking
Recording against performer instructions
Blocking exits
Interfering with staff or performer safety
13.2 Men of Legends performers and staff reserve the right to refuse interaction with any guest at any time.
13.3 Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services without refund, credit, cancellation, rescheduling, or compensation.
NOT AN ESCORT COMPANY / NO SEXUAL SERVICES
14.1 Men of Legends provides adult entertainment party experiences only.
14.2 Men of Legends is not an escort company, dating service, companionship service, prostitution service, sexual service provider, or adult sexual contact service.
14.3 No sexual services, sexual acts, prostitution, illegal contact, or unlawful conduct are offered, implied, permitted, included, available, arranged, or authorized through any Men of Legends reservation.
14.4 No performer, bartender, waiter, host, model, DJ, contractor, or staff member is authorized to offer, negotiate, accept payment for, or provide any sexual service or unlawful service.
14.5 Any request for sexual services, prostitution, illegal touching, illegal conduct, or activity outside the approved entertainment experience may result in immediate termination of the event without refund, credit, rescheduling, cancellation, chargeback, or compensation.
14.6 Men of Legends reserves the right to refuse future service to any client or guest who requests, suggests, pressures, offers payment for, or attempts to obtain sexual services or unlawful services.
ADULT PARTY INTERACTION, PERFORMANCE STYLE, AND AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION
15.1 The client and guests understand that Men of Legends experiences are adult party entertainment experiences.
15.2 Men of Legends experiences may include adult humor, flirtatious comedy, dancing, close proximity, playful interaction, costumes, audience participation, performance-style movement, photo moments, and entertainment-based physical proximity.
15.3 The client and guests understand that this type of entertainment is intended to be playful, comedic, flirtatious, energetic, and interactive within lawful and respectful boundaries.
15.4 By booking, attending, or participating in a Men of Legends experience, the client and guests acknowledge that they understand the general nature of the entertainment experience.
15.5 Men of Legends does not represent the experience as a traditional stage production, Broadway-style production, theatrical performance, scripted show, concert, escort service, sexual service, or fixed-format performance.
CONSENT, BOUNDARIES, AND RIGHT TO DECLINE PARTICIPATION
16.1 All audience participation and performer interaction must remain consensual, lawful, respectful, and within the boundaries of the entertainment experience.
16.2 Guests may decline participation at any time.
16.3 Performers may decline interaction with any guest at any time.
16.4 No guest is required to participate in any interaction, dance, photo, joke, performance moment, or audience-participation segment.
16.5 If a guest does not wish to participate, the guest should clearly communicate that preference to the performer, host, staff member, or booking client.
16.6 Men of Legends performers and staff are instructed to respect clear refusals, safety concerns, and reasonable personal boundaries.
16.7 Guest participation in one part of the experience does not create consent to all forms of interaction.
16.8 Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
16.9 Men of Legends reserves the right to modify, pause, or stop any interaction if a performer, staff member, guest, client, venue, or company representative determines that the interaction is unsafe, inappropriate, unwanted, or outside the approved entertainment experience.
NO HARASSMENT, NON-CONSENSUAL CONDUCT, OR MISCONDUCT
17.1 Men of Legends does not authorize harassment, sexual harassment, non-consensual touching, sexual misconduct, assault, coercion, threats, intimidation, or unlawful conduct by performers, staff, clients, or guests.
17.2 The adult, playful, flirtatious, and interactive nature of the experience does not permit any person to violate another person’s consent, safety, dignity, or boundaries.
17.3 The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Non-consensual touching
Sexual assault
Sexual misconduct
Harassment
Threats
Coercion
Aggressive behavior
Illegal sexual requests
Requests for prostitution or sexual services
Touching performers without consent
Touching guests without consent
Grabbing, restraining, or blocking someone
Pressuring a performer or guest to participate
Unsafe intoxication
Abusive language
Violence
Possession of weapons
Illegal drug use
17.4 Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services without refund, credit, cancellation, rescheduling, chargeback, payment dispute, or compensation.
17.5 Men of Legends reserves the right to remove, refuse service to, or permanently ban any client or guest who violates this policy.
17.6 Men of Legends also reserves the right to cooperate with venues, security, law enforcement, payment processors, attorneys, or other appropriate parties when necessary to address unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
18.1 Photography is generally permitted for personal use unless restricted by Men of Legends, the venue, the performer, or event staff.
18.2 Commercial photography, professional filming, livestreaming, broadcasting, content redistribution, paid content creation, advertising use, or public commercial use of Men of Legends content requires prior written authorization.
18.3 Performers reserve the right to decline photographs, recordings, video content, or social media content at their sole discretion.
18.4 Clients and guests must comply with performer instructions regarding photography and recording.
FORCE MAJEURE
19.1 Men of Legends shall not be responsible for delays, modifications, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government actions or restrictions
Public emergencies
Transportation disruptions
Venue closures
Power outages
Labor disputes
Acts of God
Public health emergencies
Civil unrest
Police activity
Building emergencies
Road closures
Unexpected safety concerns
19.2 In such circumstances, Men of Legends may, at its sole discretion, offer a rescheduled date, replacement experience, or credit.
19.3 Nothing in this provision obligates Men of Legends to provide a refund unless required by applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
20.1 By attending, participating in, or booking a Men of Legends experience, the client and all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
20.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Men of Legends, its owners, managers, performers, contractors, employees, venues, affiliates, successors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:
Personal injury
Property damage
Lost items
Stolen items
Delayed performances
Client-side delays
Performer substitutions
Third-party conduct
Venue-related incidents
Transportation issues
Emotional distress
Incidental damages
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Dissatisfaction with the experience
Guest misconduct
Security decisions
Venue decisions
20.3 Participation in any Men of Legends experience is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
21.1 By completing a reservation, the client agrees not to initiate any fraudulent, abusive, improper, misleading, or bad-faith chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or bank claim.
21.2 The client acknowledges that the following do not constitute valid grounds for a chargeback or payment dispute:
Dissatisfaction with performers
Performer substitutions
Venue atmosphere
Event style preferences
Entertainment preferences
Personal expectations
Weather conditions
Traffic delays
Guest attendance issues
Scheduling conflicts
Client-side delays
Late arrivals
Failure to attend
Failure to provide location access
Failure to review these Terms and Conditions
Failure of guests to attend the event
Venue rules
Removal from a venue
Alcohol or identification issues
Refusal to perform due to unsafe or inappropriate conduct
Refusal to perform after the reserved time window has passed
Failure to understand the adult party entertainment nature of the experience after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions
21.3 Men of Legends reserves the right to contest any chargeback or payment dispute using all available evidence, including but not limited to:
Booking records
Payment records
IP addresses
Email communications
Text message communications
Event logs
Venue confirmations
GPS records
Signed agreements
Checkout acknowledgements
Customer acknowledgements
Internal communications
Screenshots
Call logs
Reservation forms
Digital confirmations
21.4 Fraudulent, abusive, improper, misleading, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:
Collection activity
Legal action
Recovery of attorney fees where permitted by law
Recovery of court costs
Recovery of collection costs
Recovery of administrative expenses
Recovery of investigation expenses
Recovery of enforcement costs
Permanent exclusion from future services
21.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, if Men of Legends is required to pursue collection, court action, legal enforcement, or dispute defense because of a fraudulent, abusive, improper, misleading, or bad-faith chargeback, the client may be responsible for reasonable attorney fees, court costs, filing fees, collection costs, administrative costs, and related enforcement expenses.
AGE REQUIREMENT
22.1 All guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in Men of Legends adult entertainment experiences unless a higher age requirement applies by law, venue policy, alcohol policy, booking terms, or specific event requirement.
22.2 For venue-based events, private venues, bars, clubs, lounges, rooftops, hotels, or any location where alcohol is served, the venue may require guests to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
22.3 Valid government-issued identification may be required before participation in any experience or event.
22.4 Men of Legends reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who fails to provide satisfactory proof of age or who does not meet the applicable age requirement for the event, venue, or service.
22.5 No refund, credit, cancellation, payment dispute, or chargeback will be provided if a guest is denied entry or participation because they fail to meet the applicable age requirement or fail to provide valid identification.
SMS COMMUNICATIONS
23.1 By providing a telephone number through a reservation form, checkout page, inquiry form, contact form, text message, or any other communication channel, the client consents to receive SMS communications from Men of Legends regarding:
Booking confirmations
Reservation reminders
Event updates
Customer support communications
Scheduling communications
Service-related notifications
Payment-related communications
Event-day instructions
Extension requests
Upgrade requests
23.2 Message frequency may vary.
23.3 Standard message and data rates may apply.
23.4 Clients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
23.5 For assistance, reply HELP.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
24.1 These Terms and Conditions, all reservations, purchases, bookings, events, services, communications, and disputes relating to Men of Legends shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local, state, federal, venue, or consumer protection laws require otherwise.
24.2 The client agrees that any claim, dispute, action, proceeding, or legal matter arising out of or relating to any Men of Legends reservation, purchase, event, performer engagement, payment, chargeback, cancellation request, communication, or use of the website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New Jersey, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
24.3 The parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based upon jurisdiction, venue, inconvenience of forum, or similar grounds, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
24.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the prevailing party in any action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, court costs, collection costs, administrative expenses, and related enforcement costs.
24.5 Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to a Men of Legends reservation, purchase, event, or service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises or such claim shall be permanently barred, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
AGREEMENT
25.1 By completing a reservation, submitting payment, attending an event, requesting services, or participating in a Men of Legends experience, the client confirms and agrees that:
The client is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
The client understands that certain venues or alcohol-related events may require guests to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
The client is authorized to make the purchase.
The client understands the adult nature of the services provided.
The client understands that Men of Legends is not an escort company, dating service, companionship service, prostitution service, sexual service provider, or adult sexual contact service.
The client understands that no sexual services, sexual acts, prostitution, illegal contact, or unlawful conduct are offered, implied, permitted, included, or available through any Men of Legends reservation.
The client understands that Men of Legends experiences may include adult humor, flirtatious comedy, dancing, close proximity, playful interaction, costumes, audience participation, performance-style movement, and entertainment-based physical proximity.
The client understands that all audience participation and performer interaction must remain consensual, lawful, respectful, and within the boundaries of the entertainment experience.
The client understands that guests may decline participation at any time.
The client understands that performers may decline interaction with any guest at any time.
The client has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The client understands that all reservations require full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise approved in writing.
The client understands that all sales are final.
The client understands that performer requests are not guaranteed.
The client understands that Men of Legends provides adult party entertainment experiences, not a traditional stage production or fixed-format show.
The client understands that private event delays caused by the client, guests, venue, or location may be deducted from service time.
The client understands that Male Performer Services are generally thirty-five (35) minutes unless otherwise stated in writing.
The client understands that if the scheduled time passes due to client-side delay, Men of Legends may treat the reservation as fulfilled without refund.
The client understands that approved additional charges may be billed to the payment method on file in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The client understands that Men of Legends reserves all rights and remedies available under these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
ADDITIONAL HOURS AND EVENT EXTENSIONS
26.1 Certain services, including but not limited to Male Dancers, Shirtless Bartenders, Shirtless Waiters, DJs, Party Hosts, Paint Party Hosts, and other event personnel, may be extended beyond the originally reserved service duration only if approved by Men of Legends.
26.2 Extension requests may be submitted before, during, or immediately following an event through approved Men of Legends communication channels, including:
SMS communications
Email communications
Booking management links
Customer portals
Website forms
Customer service communications
Other approved methods
26.3 All extension requests are subject to staffing availability and approval by Men of Legends.
26.4 Men of Legends reserves the right to approve or deny any extension request at its sole discretion.
26.5 Approved extensions become part of the original reservation and are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
26.6 No extension is confirmed until approved by Men of Legends.
26.7 Requests made directly to performers, bartenders, waiters, DJs, hosts, contractors, or event staff do not constitute approval by Men of Legends.
26.8 Men of Legends has no obligation to honor extension arrangements made directly between a client and any performer or event staff member.
AUTHORIZATION FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES
27.1 By completing a reservation, the client authorizes Men of Legends to charge the payment method on file for approved additional services requested by the client.
27.2 Additional charges may include, but are not limited to:
Additional service hours
Additional performers
Additional bartenders
Additional waiters
Additional DJs
Additional party hosts
Additional entertainment services
Approved upgrades
Travel adjustments
Additional staffing requests
Event modifications
Parking charges
Tolls
Waiting time when approved
Additional services requested after booking
27.3 Client approval may be communicated verbally, electronically, by SMS, through booking management links, by email, through website forms, through customer portals, or by any other communication reasonably indicating authorization.
27.4 The client remains fully responsible for all approved charges.
STORED PAYMENT METHODS
28.1 Where available, Men of Legends may securely store a customer’s payment method through authorized third-party payment processors for purposes related to the reservation.
28.2 Men of Legends does not store complete credit card information on its own servers.
28.3 Payment information is maintained by PCI-compliant third-party payment processing providers.
28.4 By completing a reservation, the client authorizes Men of Legends to process future approved charges related to the reservation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING
29.1 Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment processing providers.
29.2 The client agrees to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, policies, and requirements of the selected payment processor.
29.3 Men of Legends shall not be responsible for payment processor outages, service interruptions, delays, security incidents, processing failures, technical issues, declined payments, bank holds, card issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
29.4 Payment processor-related issues shall not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
SERVICE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
30.1 Male Dancer Services
30.1.1 Clients may be offered options relating to:
Performer themes
Costume selections
Appearance preferences
Ethnicity preferences
General entertainer preferences
Other performer characteristics
30.1.2 All selections are requests only and remain subject to performer availability.
30.1.3 Men of Legends reserves the right to provide a comparable performer, costume, theme, or entertainment experience whenever necessary.
30.1.4 The purchase of a Male Dancer Service does not guarantee the appearance or participation of any specific performer.
30.1.5 Unless otherwise stated in writing, Male Dancer Services are thirty-five (35) minutes.
30.1.6 Any delay caused by the client, guests, venue, location, building access, lack of readiness, or unsafe conditions may be deducted from the thirty-five (35) minute service time.
30.1.7 If the reserved time window expires before the client or event is ready, Men of Legends may treat the service as completed without refund.
30.2 Shirtless Bartender Services
30.2.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is solely responsible for providing:
Alcohol
Mixers
Beverages
Cups
Ice
Bar equipment
Serving supplies
Permits
Materials necessary for beverage service
30.2.2 Men of Legends is not responsible for supplying alcohol or bar inventory unless expressly stated in writing.
30.2.3 The client is responsible for ensuring all alcohol service complies with applicable law, venue rules, age requirements, and safety requirements.
30.3 Shirtless Waiter Services
30.3.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is solely responsible for providing:
Food
Beverages
Serving trays
Utensils
Event supplies
Serving materials
Catering-related items necessary for service
30.3.2 Men of Legends is not responsible for providing food, beverages, catering supplies, or event inventory unless expressly stated in writing.
30.4 DJ Services
30.4.1 The client is responsible for ensuring:
Safe electrical access
Appropriate power supply
Adequate setup space
Reasonable equipment access
Compliance with venue rules
Compliance with venue sound restrictions
Compliance with applicable laws and venue regulations
30.4.2 Any failure by the client to provide necessary materials, supplies, utilities, venue access, parking access, permits, permissions, or event resources shall not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
30.4.3 The client remains responsible for all amounts due under the reservation regardless of such circumstances.
30.5 Paint Party Services
30.5.1 For paint party experiences, including Men on Canvas Experiences, the client is responsible for ensuring an appropriate event space, safe access, appropriate setup area, and compliance with venue rules.
30.5.2 Paint party experiences may vary based on model availability, venue setup, group size, guest participation, timing, and operational requirements.
30.5.3 Models, hosts, or entertainers may be substituted when necessary.
30.5.4 Substitutions, setup limitations, venue restrictions, or guest participation levels do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
DISTANCE-BASED PRICING AND TRAVEL FEES
31.1 Certain services may include travel fees, distance-based pricing, toll charges, parking fees, staffing adjustments, or other location-related charges calculated using the event location provided by the client.
31.2 The client is solely responsible for providing accurate event location information at the time of booking.
31.3 If the event location is changed after a reservation has been confirmed, Men of Legends reserves the right to adjust pricing, travel fees, staffing fees, availability, scheduling, or service requirements accordingly.
31.4 Additional fees resulting from inaccurate location information, location changes, parking charges, tolls, restricted venue access, special access requirements, ferry transportation, valet requirements, extraordinary travel conditions, or building access issues may be charged to the client.
31.5 Failure to disclose accurate location information may result in service delays, staffing changes, additional charges, or cancellation of services without refund.
EVENT-DAY BOOKING MANAGEMENT TOOLS
32.1 Men of Legends may provide clients with digital tools and communication systems designed to assist with reservation management, event updates, staffing requests, service extensions, upgrades, and customer communications.
32.2 Such tools may include:
Booking management links
SMS reservation links
Customer portals
Extension request forms
Upgrade request forms
Staffing request forms
Reservation update forms
Event communication tools
Other digital customer service tools
32.3 These tools are provided solely as a convenience.
32.4 The availability, functionality, or uninterrupted operation of such tools is not guaranteed.
32.5 Men of Legends shall not be liable for technical failures, software issues, internet outages, carrier delays, system maintenance, communication interruptions, third-party service failures, or other technical issues affecting such tools.
32.6 Technical issues relating to these tools shall not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, or other claims against Men of Legends.
NON-CIRCUMVENTION AND DIRECT HIRING
33.1 Clients agree not to directly hire, contract with, compensate, engage, solicit, refer, book, employ, or otherwise obtain services from any Men of Legends performer, bartender, waiter, DJ, entertainer, contractor, host, model, event staff member, or other individual introduced through Men of Legends for a period of twelve (12) months following the event date without prior written authorization from Men of Legends.
33.2 This restriction applies regardless of whether the future event occurs at:
The same venue
A different venue
A private residence
A hotel
An Airbnb
A yacht
A corporate event
A private gathering
Any other location
33.3 Any direct booking, engagement, referral, arrangement, compensation, employment relationship, independent contractor relationship, or service agreement made in violation of this provision shall constitute circumvention of Men of Legends.
33.4 In the event of circumvention, Men of Legends shall be entitled to recover:
A placement fee
Liquidated damages
Collection costs
Attorney fees
Court costs
Administrative expenses
Investigative expenses
Enforcement costs
Any other remedies available under applicable law
33.5 The client acknowledges that Men of Legends invests substantial resources in recruiting, screening, training, coordinating, marketing, scheduling, and managing its performers and event personnel and that this provision is reasonable and necessary to protect those business interests.
NO DIRECT PAYMENTS TO PERFORMERS
34.1 Performers, bartenders, waiters, DJs, hosts, entertainers, contractors, and event staff are not authorized to negotiate, approve, collect, receive, or process payment for:
Additional service hours
Event extensions
Service upgrades
Staffing additions
Performer substitutions
Additional services
Reservation modifications
Event changes
34.2 All modifications must be approved and processed through Men of Legends.
34.3 Any payment made directly to a performer, bartender, waiter, DJ, host, contractor, or staff member shall not satisfy the client’s financial obligations to Men of Legends.
34.4 The client remains fully responsible for all amounts owed to Men of Legends regardless of any direct payment made to a performer or event staff member.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIPS
35.1 Many performers, bartenders, waiters, DJs, hosts, entertainers, models, and event personnel engaged by Men of Legends operate as independent contractors.
35.2 Nothing contained within these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, joint venture, partnership, agency relationship, or similar relationship between the client and any contractor supplied by Men of Legends.
35.3 Clients shall not directly supervise, employ, hire, contract with, retain, or otherwise engage such individuals outside of Men of Legends without prior written authorization.
35.4 All staffing arrangements remain subject to Men of Legends policies and procedures.
SURVIVAL OF PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
36.1 Any obligation arising under these Terms and Conditions shall survive the completion, cancellation, termination, expiration, postponement, or modification of the event.
36.2 This includes, without limitation:
Payment obligations
Approved additional charges
Extension fees
Staffing fees
Travel fees
Collection costs
Chargeback liabilities
Attorney fees
Administrative expenses
Non-circumvention obligations
Reimbursement obligations
Enforcement rights
36.3 The rights and remedies available to Men of Legends shall remain enforceable following the conclusion of the event.
ELECTRONIC CONSENT
37.1 The client agrees that electronic communications and electronic records shall have the same legal force and effect as signed written documents.
37.2 This includes, but is not limited to:
Electronic signatures
Online checkouts
Reservation submissions
SMS approvals
SMS confirmations
Email communications
Digital acknowledgements
Booking management requests
Customer portal submissions
Online forms
Electronic authorizations
37.3 Men of Legends may rely upon such communications for operational, billing, collection, dispute resolution, enforcement, legal, and administrative purposes.
37.4 The client expressly agrees that electronic records may be used as evidence in connection with any dispute, claim, chargeback proceeding, collection effort, arbitration, mediation, or legal action.
