Men of Legends provides interactive adult entertainment experiences with sexual themes and provocative content. This is not a traditional seated show. All experiences are interactive and immersive. Locations, performers, and experience details may change without notice.

Booking & Payment Policy

Card payments (Stripe): A 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining 50% is automatically charged 72 hours before the event. Bookings made within 72 hours of the event require full payment at booking.

PayPal payments: 100% of the total is required upfront at booking for all experiences.

Failed payments: If the remaining balance cannot be processed, the client must update their payment method within 24 hours. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

No Refund / No Cancellation Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. No cancellations, reschedules, or refunds will be granted for: change of plans, group size changes, travel delays, dissatisfaction, performer interaction expectations, venue changes, or personal reasons of any kind. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Night Out Experience (Venue)

This is a standing, interactive experience. Seating is not guaranteed. Reserved space refers to a designated area for your group, not a table or fixed seating arrangement. A 2-drink minimum per guest may be required by the venue and is enforced at the door. All Night Out experiences take place in Manhattan partner venues. Exact venue details are shared only after booking confirmation. Location is susceptible to change at any time within one of our Manhattan partner venues. Venue changes do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or disputes.

Paint & Sip Experience

Includes painting coach, live model, and art materials. Drinks are included only for venue-based sessions. For private sessions, drinks are not included unless specified.

Private Experience

Client must provide a valid address and ensure access to the location. Payment for Private bookings follows the same schedule as all other experiences: card payments are split 50/50 (with the remaining balance charged 72h before the event), and PayPal payments are 100% upfront. Failure to provide access, delays, or incorrect information does not qualify for refunds.

Performer Interaction Policy

Performer interaction is not guaranteed. All interaction is based on performer discretion, comfort, and consent. No guest is guaranteed physical contact or personalized interaction. Refusal of interaction does not constitute non-delivery of service.

Photography & Recording

Photography and video recording are allowed. Guests are responsible for how they use, share, or distribute any recorded content. Men of Legends is not responsible for any misuse of recorded media by guests.

Promotional Content Disclaimer

Photos, videos, and marketing materials are for promotional purposes only. They do not guarantee specific performers, exact level of interaction, venue layout, or group size/atmosphere. Each experience may vary.

Service Fulfillment

A booking is considered fully delivered when the event has started, performers have arrived, or the experience has been made available. No refunds or disputes are valid after service has begun.

Travel & Logistics (Private Bookings)

Travel fees apply based on distance. These fees cover transportation, coordination, and logistics. All travel fees are final and non-refundable.

Guest Conduct Policy

Men of Legends reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest for disruptive behavior, intoxication, aggression, or failure to follow instructions. Removal results in loss of booking without refund.

Safety & Liability Waiver

Guests attend and participate at their own risk. Men of Legends is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or incidents involving guest interaction.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback after services have been rendered is considered misuse of the payment system. Men of Legends reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks using booking confirmations, payment records, communication logs, and proof of attendance.

Agreement

By completing a booking, you confirm that you accept all terms and conditions, authorize payments as described, and understand the nature of the experience. No exceptions will be made.
