Ticket and VIP Seating Policies

All ticket and VIP Reserved Seating sales are final. Tickets and VIP seating are non refundable and non transferable.

General Admission and VIP Admission tickets are subject to event confirmation and may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of Men of Legends. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

VIP Reserved Seating and Champagne VIP Reserved Seating purchases are guaranteed for the selected date and time and are strictly non refundable.

Tickets and VIP seating apply only to the specific date and time selected at checkout unless officially rescheduled by Men of Legends. Showtimes, venues, cast lineups, and seating layouts may change without notice. Tickets are not mailed. Guests must present a digital confirmation and valid government issued photo ID for entry.

VIP Reserved Seating Definition and Placement

VIP Reserved Seating guarantees a reserved VIP area for the group, not a specific table, furniture type, seating configuration, bench, couch, chair count, table size, or exact sightline.

Seating layout, furniture type, spacing, and placement vary by venue design, capacity, safety regulations, and arrival time. Partial, angled, or obstructed views do not constitute non delivery of service.

Pricing differences between groups do not reflect seating quality, placement, or visibility and do not qualify for disputes or refunds.

Champagne and Beverage Clarification

Champagne included in VIP Champagne Reserved Seating refers to house sparkling wine service provided by the venue. Brand, origin, presentation, and labeling may vary based on venue availability.

Champagne inclusion does not imply premium brand selection, additional bottles, refills, upgrades, or waived drink minimums.

A mandatory two drink minimum per person applies to all guests for all ticket and VIP seating types. This requirement is enforced by the venue at the door and must be honored for entry. Refusal to comply results in denied entry without refund.

Service Fulfillment and Attendance Acknowledgment

Attendance at the event, entry into the venue, use of VIP seating, consumption or possession of any included items, including champagne, or remaining for any portion of the show constitutes full delivery and fulfillment of the purchased service.

Once the event has been attended, the transaction is considered completed and fulfilled in full. No refunds, partial refunds, reschedules, or chargebacks will be granted after attendance for any reason, including dissatisfaction, expectations, or personal opinion.

Promotional Content and Marketing Disclaimer

Photos, videos, social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials are used for marketing purposes only and do not guarantee any specific venue layout, room size, seating configuration, cast members, performance style, level of interaction, audience size, or personal moments.

Each Men of Legends show is unique and may vary based on venue, cast availability, safety considerations, and production constraints. Promotional content may not be used as grounds for complaints, refund requests, chargebacks, or claims of misrepresentation.

Performer Interaction and Guest Conduct Policy

All performer interaction is voluntary and based solely on performer comfort, consent, and discretion.

No guest is guaranteed a lap dance, stage interaction, physical contact, or personalized moment. Interaction is not transferable and refusal by a performer does not constitute non delivery of service.

Male guests and LGBTQ+ guests are welcome as spectators. Performers may decline or limit interaction with any guest at any time for any reason. This follows standard adult entertainment industry practices and does not constitute discrimination.

Claims based on perceived discrimination, interaction refusal, or performer selection preferences do not qualify for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

Show Environment and Experience Disclaimer

Men of Legends is an interactive adult environment. Performers may dance near guests, engage in staged interactions, or invite participation when appropriate.

Men of Legends is not responsible if the performance feels too sexual, too bold, insufficiently interactive, or inconsistent with personal expectations. Guests uncomfortable with adult themed entertainment should not attend.

Safety, Injury, and Liability Waiver

By attending Men of Legends, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to accidental contact, slips, falls, spilled drinks, crowd movement, lighting effects, loud music, and physical proximity to performers or other guests.

Men of Legends, its performers, venues, staff, and partners are not responsible for injuries, medical incidents, falls, accidents, or damages to personal property occurring before, during, or after the event. Attendance is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

Photography and Recording Policy

Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited at all times. Guests violating this policy will be removed immediately without refund, reschedule, or compensation.

Venue Rules and Removal Policy

No outside food, beverages, weapons, illegal substances, or controlled items are permitted inside the venue.

Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest for disruptive behavior, aggression, intoxication, refusal to comply with venue rules, or failure to follow staff instructions. Removal results in forfeiture of all purchases without refund or compensation.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback after attending the event and consuming the purchased services constitutes misuse of the payment system. Men of Legends reserves the right to contest chargebacks using attendance records, venue receipts, seating logs, and proof of agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. No refund, reschedule, or compensation will be issued for dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, seating complaints, interaction refusal, injuries, or personal interpretations of the experience.
